COURSE DESCRIPTION

When in a full-speed swing it’s impossible to make a change to your pre-programmed swing pattern. By disrupting the motion, you are able to take control of your body and it’s positioning in the swing. Doing so will give you the opportunity to sense and recall a new swing pattern to help you make fast, accurate, and lasting changes to your golf swing.
